The BfRshort forGerman Federal Institute for Risk Assessment performs the task of the “German Center for the Protection of Laboratory Animals (Bf3R)” and coordinates nationwide activities with the aim of limiting animal experiments to the absolute minimum and providing laboratory animals with the best possible protection.
